      travel is territory based. If you dont want travel away from home, be careful which territory you get. They do not listen to or support personal goals or professional growth as much as they think they do. the organization does not accept or acknowledge feedback in this area.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
