      - Great work environment - Can talk to any individual in the company (up to the top if needed) - Great benefits including profit sharing - Believes in creating quality products and stands behind that claim - Not stingy with work tools and willing to invest in needed

      Cons

      - Minimal Dental (although getting better) - Work flow is easily interrupted by line down situations - Cross location interference in workflow is demoralizing at times - Hard to find many

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
