Pros
Great location, coworkers are diverse, no German language required
Cons
There's barely any onboarding, you learn what to do as you go. There is no mention of professional development, promotions, or career path. The managers do all the following: HR, IT, Finance, operations which feels chaotic. There is no organization or established processes, it feels like a very new start-up. Employees are underpaid. No privacy, managers keep the passwords of your laptop and email, and you can't change it. There is a lot of micromanagement. Most employees don't stay for long, high turn over rate. No life-work balance, you're expected to answer emails and teams messages at all time.
