Pros
Ability to lose your belly.
Cons
No schedule flexibility, every day you work. Meat Grinder Sales type of job - employees come and go quickly. Constant interviews are held to find more candidates willing to do door to door sales. Focused too much on repetitive marketing strategies. The company is ran by young individuals who think they are bigger than the world and management is driven my money. The money are made from sales people who are underpaid. No one wants a sales person at the door! Annoy homeowners by knocking on No Soliciting doors. This annoys homeowners who file complaints to the company and it's your fault, not the company. I left the job before I picked up my first paycheck, just shows you how long you have to wait until you get paid. Please carefully read the job contract and if you are intelligent then you will not sign it. Feels like high school. For instance, when you develop good relationship with a co worker, one in particular said the most inappropriate statement anyone has said to me at work and the manager seemed fine with it. Sweat shop training office. Looks like a third world country office. Nothing like the website's glamour. You will not enjoy wearing a suit at hot humid temperatures in a non ventilated office. If someone tell you that you will make xyz in a week, divide it by two. Don't ever agree with anyone who tells you what you will make. This is commission driven and your hard work does not pay off when you don't make sales. I had to throw away three pairs of running shoes in short week and half from working so much in the heat. Boss does not allow you to sweat on the job when you spend 6 hours on the sun.
