- Extremely bureaucratic - Very slow development cycles. Satellite projects take several years to complete - Very toxic culture promoted by the management and top personnel in engineering. - Every engineering personnel is frustrated with the management - HR is pretty much useless. They are never in office and do not ever do their job in time. If you get hired, expect 4-5 months to get your contract AFTER you receive the acceptance email. - High reliance on external suppliers, leading to severe delays in projects. - Do not expect any bonus
