Greedy company keeps firing people - Office Assistant LuxXpress Employee Review

The Korean boss doesn't know any management, but keeps firing people. No one wants to do extra work cause they know the boss is a big bully and it's their temporary job only. Very low pay. No benefits. Work is demanding. Office salary is $10/h at most, and the boss watches you like you are a thief. Driver pay is $140/day for 10 hour long drive and 2 hour on duty, plus a lot of liabilities.
