During my 2.5 years at the company, I experienced a lack of structure and long-term vision. Targets were changed frequently without clear reasoning, even when consistently met. Colleagues were let go under unclear circumstances, while new hires joined at the same time. There was no formal evaluation process, and basic HR practices were often overlooked. It's a very unstable and demotivating environment. I would not recommend this company to those seeking stability, development, professionality or transparent communication.
