Pros
Good pay, great benefits, great employee discount and perks! On top of your base pay you can earn commission and bonuses monthly!! Easy Job duties, not stressful, work life balance, fun and energetic atmosphere, fashion forward company. They also have their own charity organization called One Site that helps get people glasses who can't afford it.
Cons
In lower volume stores you usually work by yourself. This may not be a con for some people. I just personally like working side by side with my associates, and at Sunglass Hut I worked by myself most of the time.
