Let me explain what I mean by suspicious activities... 1. Not allowing Travel Specialist access to live booking systems. I believe this is because they don't want to pay for these platforms in the UK and will only pay for them in India. 2. Encouraging Travel Specialist to create imaginary sales and lead clients into believing we are offering them a special discount when in reality, Luxtripper don't have any pricing strategy to begin with. I was told I was allowed to pretend I was offering NHS discount if the client were to book that day. 3. Sales Team leaders and a Sales Manager who are not well travelled and also don't have any people management skills so I am not sure how they got into senior positions at a travel company. No effort was put into supporting me or utilising my skills. 4. Using external companies in India to manage their bookings, operations, live systems and finance even though this is a company based in the UK, dealing with UK clients 5. Many DMC's, large hotel groups and ground handlers in destination now refusing to work with Luxtripper because of unpaid invoices. This has become very apparent to the sales team which has caused many of them to leave or are currently looking elsewhere for work 6. Hired 9 new staff in February, put them through lack-lustre training where the Sales Team Leader just didnt seem to have any answers (unless it was about 1 particular hotel in the Maldives) and then made them redundant 6 weeks later because of a "re-structure" 7. False advertising on their website puts Sales Specialists in uncomfortable situations when they cannot get the product to quote anywhere near to the price advertised 8. When mistakes are made, it is not handled fairly. The blame is solely put onto the travel specialist without consideration of why the mistake was made - for example, the information on sharepoint being completely out of date or the marketing team putting false information on the website to try and generate leads
