It has too much overtime

Could be a fun place to work at times. You were given a lot of latitude from the CEO as long as you delivered results. There was world class talent in the building that did a lot with very little. Engineers were always creating cutting edge technology that was as good or better than anything on the market. The marketing director got the CEO keynote speaking opportunities, a lot of industry exposure and on to a magazine cover. My colleagues were very innovative in their respective roles and real rock stars.

The CEO had no clue how to run a business. He let accounting overstepped boundaries and soured the office chemistry and tried to encroach on every other role of operations. The marketing director became the go to figurehead and was pulled into everything. Engineers had to step in all the time to diffuse the chaos in the warehouse. Fights among the warehouse employees broke out frequently.
