Pros

Beautiful office building with parking available

Cons

Working here was an absolute joke. The company sells you on the idea that you’ll make six figures, but literally no one on the Luxuria team makes that much. The only people who did ended up quitting. People are quitting and getting fired like it's a revolving door. They fire people right before they collect their commission checks and even fire people when they are pregnant. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor management skills, they make it feel like it’s your fault. The CEO sends crazy emails to the entire company, including one where he called everyone entitled employees. The managers are creepy toward women, and the executive team is sexist. Everyone is sleeping with everyone, making the office vibe really high school and cliquey. They sell you on the idea that you’ll make a lot of money, but you still end up living paycheck to paycheck.

Pros

I’ve been working at Luxuria Vacations as a travel advisor, and I absolutely love my job. This is a company where success is yours to take, as long as you’re self-motivated, accountable, and willing to put in the work. One of the standout aspects of Luxuria is that we’re given leads, which is a game-changer compared to being an independent contractor or working with other agencies. Instead of spending hours chasing clients, I can focus on doing what I do best: creating unforgettable travel experiences. The management team is incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. They’re not just checking boxes—they care about our growth and actively encourage us to reach our potential. The company also takes its core values seriously, operating with a level of integrity that’s rare in this industry. It’s true that the first few months require a lot of hustle and dedication, but if you’re consistent, the opportunities are endless. I’m proud to be part of a team that values hard work, delivers excellence, and creates a positive work environment. If you’re looking for a place to grow as a travel professional and are ready to take ownership of your success, Luxuria Vacations is the perfect place to do it.

Cons

Being a mostly remote team, some days can feel like you're on an island, but the company intentionally plans virtual and in-person gatherings to allow us to connect.
