Pros

Nothing to say about that

Cons

I had the unfortunate experience of working with this company, and I strongly advise others to think twice before joining. While initially things seemed professional, my time there exposed several critical issues that make it a challenging and frustrating environment to work in. 1. Payment Delays: After completing my work and leaving the company, I faced significant delays in receiving payment for my services. Despite a clear agreement and an established pattern of timely payments, my invoices were ignored and brushed aside with excuses about “being busy.” Legal obligations to pay for services rendered seem to be taken lightly here. 2. Lack of Accountability: The leadership, particularly at the CEO level, appeared unwilling to address valid concerns about overdue payments or professional commitments. Communication was often dismissive, and attempts to resolve issues were met with delays and a lack of urgency. 3. Unprofessional Behavior: Instead of constructive dialogue, my efforts to address legitimate concerns were met with accusations of “bothering” and being “threatening.” This attitude reflects a broader culture of dismissiveness and lack of respect for employees and contractors. 4. Workload and Unrealistic Expectations: During my tenure, I worked tirelessly to meet demanding deadlines, including a major project involving a website redesign. Despite this, my contributions were undervalued, and the company showed little appreciation for the effort required to meet their high standards.
