Fairly easy work, flexible working hours, and friendly staff on several locations.
Cons
Bureaucratic nightmare, lots of paperwork has to be filed in order to work at Luzac as a part-timer. The overarching company, NCOI, takes a long time to register you as one of their employees. As a result, I wasn't compensated for 3 months worth of salary due to unresolved paperwork.
