Pros
What I love about this company is the fact that decisions are made collectively. No directions are given your way without leaving you a place for opinions and discussions.
There are NO big titles or C level dudes ruling the place leaving everyone else in the shadow like how you normally expect from companies. Here, the Ceo himself is always available, active and ready to help and serve his team at any chance he gets.
I love working here because no matter big or small your contribution is, you’re treated as an equal.
I love the office vibes. It’s very chill and friendly, with music playing in the background and everyone working in a collective space. And it’s only twice a week from office.
Working hours are pretty flexible. You can start working anytime from 10-12 pm as long as you have your 8 hours finished by end of day. This is a relief after spending years having to spend my morning with anxiety that I am going to log in 5 mins late and receive unnecessary salary deductions.
Iyrise for me is a fresh start away from all bad experiences I had to go through.
Cons
Like all start ups out there, the pace is very fast and you need to quickly adapt to changes
Sometimes there’s a lack of coherence between departments, but with quick alignments, things get back to track.
Things can get hectic at some days but at most days, it’s your normal 9-5 working hours.
