Please do not join this company - Backend Operations Lycaon Employee Review

I’ve been working at Lycaon in the same position that many of the one-star reviewers mentioned. Honestly, my experience has been completely different. • The company provides a clear growth structure. • Payments are always on time (1st and 5th of the month). I’ve personally never faced a delay. • The environment pushes you to learn real market skills, discipline, and teamwork – things you don’t easily get in other organizations. Regarding the negative reviews: • Many of them seem to come from people who did not serve their notice period properly and then expected relieving letters. No professional company provides full benefits if you don’t follow the agreed process. • Complaints about salary often come from those who didn’t adapt to the system. The company gives a fixed pay plus performance-based incentives. So if you work hard, your income grows significantly. • As for “not being paid” – that has not been my experience at all. I can only speak for myself, but every payment has been made correctly and on time. • Some comments mentioned that management and the CEO are “unpaid motivational speakers.” Yes, they are motivational speakers—and in my opinion, that’s a strength. Their guidance and mentorship have changed me a lot personally and professionally. I’m thankful for the inspiration they bring every day.

Honestly i have faced nothing.

Nothing Advantages only Disadvantages . Only single advantage i got is Goa trip with worst collegues .

Firstly they conducted interview on March 2024 and they selected me for next round on the same day and that day i got the offer letter also . Come to job they don't even have a proper service to business . So you usually on field by begging customers to get our service . They scam people by pitching fake promises . After one month i got the road trip opportunity to other state and that was my worst experience where people were scolding who already got scammed by them before . Manager and CEO are unofficial Motivation speakers . They give you more motivation and less salary in the month end and make you to spend your money for travel and other expenses . If you join here you didn't even get proper payslip and reliving letter while leaving . For me that 6 months work experience feels carrer break because i dont have anything to show to my current employer . And those who are joining don't give original documents and Marksheets to them . They blackmails you while leaving by holding your documents .
