Pros
It is a good company to start a career. Managers are close and friendly but it's all depends on the team we are in. Dress code and timings are not strict as long as we do our work perfectly. Gates are always open to learn new t5hings but self interest do matter a lot. Here we can learn and grow faster if we have will to learn since projects and other major works will be assigned to us at a short span of time which won't be possible in many organizations.
Cons
Technology upgradation is very much needed since they mostly use legacy technologies which can merely satisfy their needs. So little more effort needed to switch company as the market expectations are higher. Though they are trying to adopt new technologies, pace of it is slow. hope it'll get better soon. Salary slab is low as compared to many companies. but if we perform well, they will try to retain us with good salary. Work pressure will be there and sometimes we may be required to stay stay and do work more than shift timing. But again it depends on the team we are in. Cafetarea is poor. Toilets smell badly at times.
