The owner provides excellent and extensive on the job training. He is always more than willing to provide constructive criticism because he is personally invested in your success. So long as you are willing to put in the effort both in the job and off to get better every day, you will have a path to success at Lyft Capital. Unlike many other companies in this space we are paid a weekly draw on commissions which is great for those just starting out are when one is having a bad week.

Like the title said this job is for Alphas only. Betas need not apply. You will not succeed, you will not be happy, then you will come on here and leave a bad review instead of looking at the mirror abcs assigning blame where it really belongs.
