      - Great collaboration environment - Super challenging projects - Always pushing to think outside of the box and Leadership actually support those out of the box ideas - Insane company vision

      Cons

      - Not a very well planned Mexico/Latam expansion - Due to lack of planning, plans and objectives can change overnight

      Gas prices are just killing profit and you have to work a lot of hours to make a decent pay
