Good for people who will follow the thumb rule that BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT ! In order to be a good employee you have to be ready to get insulted anytime anywhere Inhouse food which will be good only for first 2 months
Cons
Most employees leave within 2 months maximum.... Many are fired within 15 days because of Good performance because seniors here are scared of someone overcome them. Girls are preferred over Guys in every task. HR team needs to know every personal reason for your single leave and even a half day otherwise your pay will be deducted. HR team promises for hike at the time of recruitment and later on you wont get the hike for 6 to 8 months unless you take follow up. Salary slip is provided only on request that to with specific reason in writing. HR department is the most important department of the company. Even if you perform well the credit for the same will be taken by your head of the department and any mistake or negligence on your senior part will be passed on to you to hear from boss. Public holidays are skipped.....
