Micromanagers, overbearing, elitist - Front Desk Receptionist Lymph Bright Employee Review

They fired me after 3 days of training-which was an unfair trail period. I did everything I was supposed to do and more but I wasn't fake nice enough on the phone. They also told me my shoes were too dirty looking which is elitist-the job pays $14 an hour so shopping was not in my near future. They would stand over me while I was doing my job and micromanage everything I was doing and talk to me while I was on the phone so I couldn't concentrate on the customers. They will burn you.
