-Great and flexible scheduling, this is especially appealing if you are a student. -Supportive EMTs, paramedics, and management that really care about you and your success in EMS. All of these people have great wealths of knowledge if you choose to apply yourself. -Lynch Ambulance will try to get you off at your off time for the most part. Of course, sometimes you will be held over your off time and that is part of working in EMS.

Cons

-To be honest, I cannot think of any negatives to say about Lynch Ambulance. I am a current employee (EMT) and have greatly enjoyed my time at Lynch Ambulance. I would highly recommend applying to Lynch Ambulance.
