Constant lying, manipulation, and gaslighting from "Leadership" We are told to lie to our clients, lead them into decisions that only benefit Lynx. CEO "manages" by dragging team members through humitiation in public slack messages. Constant micromanaging and lack of humility makes this someone you DO NOT want to work for. The play games with your finances. Sometimes they just didnt run payroll for the entire company. I was even shorted $4,500 from by base salary due to their lack of care. The entire company has not had wage increases in over 3 years. You are expected to pay for business travel, and then not get reimbursments paid in a timely manner, if at all. One time I was told to "take out a credit line increase" to pay for company travel, and when I didnt do that, I was blamed for not having a car rental for an on-site customer visit. No accountability for the sales team. As soon as the contract is signed "It's not sales problem" despite sales lying to customers, anything to close a deal. If anything goes wrong, it's never Lynx's fault, it's always someone or something else that negatively impacts the customer.
