      Pros

      I am a white male who got hired into a all black office and because I was supervisor of releasing agents they continuously harass me screamed and yelled at me and called me outside of my name until finally I was fired and told that I was and not a good fit for the team.

      Cons

      I got away from the company and have moved on with my life is the best thing that came out of it.

      Pros

      The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

      Cons

      If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
