Pros

Some co-workers that were smart enough to leave

Cons

Senior management focuses on the small things and never provide kudos for the big accomplishments that have been achieved. Senior management as expects you to put Lyon first before family even though they preach family first values. The "experience fee" that is charged to residents (per residents) is a joke, there is NO EXPERIENCE to enjoy.

Pros

The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

Cons

If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
