Pros
It was a 9 to half 5 job Health insurance one you are there over a year Hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Cons
Atrocious pay, can easily walk into the same role in a different company for an extra €5k Company does not take bullying seriously. I was bullied for 3.5 months. Manager was aware of every single thing that was said or done, which was reported to the higher manager in the UK and nothing was done. Even with evidence, they allowed the bully to play victim and he never once received repercussions for his behaviour, I started having panic attacks coming into work and had to leave on stress leave. I thankfully got a job while I was on stress leave and handed in my notice the minute I was back. Further to this, as I’m still in contact with current employees and they hired another person who is making threats and bullying them in the office, which was then again reported to the manager who done nothing yet again. This was then reported to HR who said it was ‘banter’. This is the same company who promote mental health advocates and praise mental health. This company does not give a toss about any of of their employees. Very high workload for very little pay No career profession in Customer care in Ireland, One employee is there nearly 7 years and is constantly promised a promotion and has still never gotten it.
