4yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience working at Lyst, in particular about our structure and compensation.
We recognise how important it is that everyone at Lyst understands our mission and strategic objectives- so it’s an area we have really focused on over the last couple of years. We’re confident that our current structure and operating model enables everyone to have a strong understanding of Lyst’s mission, and how their work contributes to our success, but this work is never complete, so we’ll continue to focus on improving alignment.
We created our current compensation approach a couple of years ago, and continue to focus on updating our transparent salary bands every year, using competitive benchmarking. The aim of our salary bands is to allow us to pay fairly and competitively in the market, and we encourage everyone to have candid chats with their line manager about their compensation so they fully understand how they’re paid.. I’m sorry you didn’t have the chance to have a more thorough conversation about comp while you were with us.
