- If you live in Barcelona, distance is a nightmare. They say they have “flexible working hours” but in reality they count every second that you work literally.
- Micromanagment in all its definition, distrust towards employees.
- Forget about working from home only one day because there is a train strike. They want to see you at the office no matter what you have to do to get there.
- Ridiculous salaries.
- There is no professional projection.
- Favoritisms towards certain people. If you are not one of them they make you feel like you don´t exist.
