Cons
I could not recommend a place less. The subtle micro aggressions will have you questioning if you’re truly not a fit for the position or if race/ethnicity has something to do with it. It seems the turnover rate for BIPOC people is quite high and BIPOC employees disappear out of nowhere. There’s no proper training at all and mid to higher level employees (and managers) are just big bullies who don’t truly care about the career growth of their employees, even though they say that it is. This job has thrown me into a deep depression and ruined my perception of agency life. Please put your time and energy elsewhere! Work-life balance?? HA! Nice try. That doesn’t exist here!
