      Pros

      Candidly not much. It’s a job, and a paycheck, but that’s as much as you can hope for

      Cons

      Where to start. Upper management is awful. Products are lousy. No hope for any improvement. Consulting services unit is dwindling. Some old legacy clients still keeping the boat afloat... but not for long. Competitors actively snapping those up from us. Some hope initially when owners stepped down and hired a CEO, but he looks useless already. Wonder how long this co will stay in business. Don’t join.

      Hello! Thank you for your review. I took over as the company CEO in August 2018 and, like most businesses, we have things we can improve on. However, it takes time to plan, implement and follow through – these things don’t happen overnight. We have worked hard on all levels for the past months putting several changes and new initiatives in motion, such as revising our company strategy, setting our company values and hiring a Chief Product Officer to develop our offering even further.       Pros

      You develop an in-depth knowledge regarding several industries. It's a good enough addition to your CV if you have not got much professional experience from before. Some very big clients.

      Cons

      Low salary for interns (Gradually increases slightly from 10 yuan per hour first month) The job becomes repetitive, with mainly abstractions every day.

      Pros

      Helped me get a work visa in Shanghai. Some of the team was nice. They bought us pizza and snacks.

      Cons

      Bad hours, terrible pay, some of the higher ups were not nice.
