Alot of overtime. PTO, flexible schedule.

Upper management. End of the month rush.

You are able to work on some cutting edge technologies and projects. You can also learn a lot in a short period of time. The benefits are pretty good as well.

Many of the upper management positions were constantly being re- filled as these individuals would leave after only short time periods. Overtime this doesn't help the overall business as unneeded changes occur.
