      The core operations of the company is in the handicraft industry which is mostly an unorganised sector. Yet they aim to be a very organised enterprise and are tranforming their workspace at a very fast rate. Being a part of such a transformation is an enriching experience.

      Cons

      The learning curve one can achieve in this company is a slow one.
