Truly Terrible - Accountant M-HQ Employee Review

- Poor planning from management: Hired me for new systems implementation and then decided to not go ahead with it. - Terrible ERP software: working on it was a pain - They expect you to devote your life to the company. If you don’t work after 6pm on a regular basis, get ready to be asked to leave. - Poor workload management: they blame you for too much work because you are “inefficient” - The owner works so closely with management and employees and the tantrums are real - Had 2 glowing mid probation reviews they fired me a week later with no obvious cause, although my manager said its because I don’t work after hours.
