Extremely disorganised workplace with little structure, very inconsistent processes, software uses and minimal training support for store teams. Expectations changed constantly and operational standards were unclear… Culture felt cliquey and reactive rather than collaborative or professional.. everyone gossiped and (expect a few) Would not recommend for anyone looking for strong leadership, development, or healthy workplace culture.. you probably won’t be doing the job you were hired for or you won’t make it past your probation..
