      Owner was a controlling narcissist alcoholic. Paid off buyers to get business. Stay away from him and the company his girlfriend opened - BRM Associates Inc.

      Pros

      Employees are passionate but this company is a disaster.

      Cons

      First of all, management has zero experience and is embarrassingly apathetic to the concerns of their team. They display themselves as kind and honest but are unhelpful, and dishonest, do not listen to our concerns, and lack integrity. There is no true vision for this company. My advice: DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR OFFER.
