Farely straightforward job Fits for first job but only that. Good tips for not being a true serving job. You'll get all your daily steps in every shift. That's about it.
Cons
Insanly stressful environment Customers do not know burger temps, and do not understand there is a line out the door and around the corner Owners come in only to critique Store can never be clean enough Little to no pay raises. Also they dock employees pay when there are counterfeit bills accepted. Not too sure if that's legal. Store meetings are never productive, mainly critical. Supervisors are asked to go to "leadership" meetings once a week that never seem to be helpful at all. (I swear I was read the same passage multiple weeks in a row) (I was a senior employee and when they raised the supervisor pay they didn't give me the same raise as everyone else. )
