fraud company - Graphic Designer M Technovations Employee Review

totally fraud company,no rules and regulations as company makes his/her own rules and force you to follow them. no salary is provided you are leaving company, not only this if you tell them that you are giving resignation, they ask you to give 2-3 months resign period and also hold your salary and give stupid excuses that company will give you salary after 45 days, infrastructure is very bad, damaged water cooler and AC for employees ,beside this there is no electricity in summer, u have to work without water and AC. Only one small dirty room ,chairs are broken, company owners are busy with their friends and watching movie, very dirty place for nature's call, no hygiene,company's owners are very irresponsible, and one more thing, please don't submit your original certificates/degree if they ask for it, they will blackmail you.
