      as a new comer in hospitality field, you get little to no room for rest, meaning you get to learn a lot of things

      - lots of work, unpaid OT unless it's PH - traditional toxic working manager like any other Vietnamese company

      Tons of new initiatives to propose, join and learn. A fast-growing startup with a combination of young, energetic teamates and experience seniors.

      Cons

      A little hectic. Less to no boundary regarding out of office time. Changes and inconsistency happen at times.
