Pros

- Co-workers are nice and sociable - Small office with a medium-large amount of work. There is a big chance to work on big projects very early on. - Easily apply and get hired.

Cons

- No training will be provided whatsoever. No one is willing to train or teach, must come with a lot of knowledge already. - Some of the Engineers can be very rude and disrespectful - Too much unpaid overtime expected from the employees. - Some employees have too much work while others have almost none.

Cons

Like the other reviewer: -Management is demanding and ask for unreasonable work hours with no compensation -Management complains, put blames and demeans employees for not completing project because of their poor at best organization skills. -Pay under industry standard -Management will yell / embarrass and demeans employee for mistakes and not guide them to rectify problem -Management will ask to do work outside of duties, for example, moving boxes from personal storage to office, clean scuff walls, take photos, create website -Management is not attentive to the needs of the staff -Benefits are insufficient -Staff are not appreciated -Employees are not given a clear career path, Management makes lots of promises but never delivers only to prolong promises until employee eventually quits -Employees are not given any reward for compensation for good work Management is not open to change or improvements
