Pros
Very fast-paced work environment. You might be asked to work on multiple projects at the same time
Cons
The company wants employees to work from office, but there are not enough desks or cafeteria space to accommodate everyone comfortably. At times, 2–3 people end up sharing one desk. Even lunch becomes difficult because of overcrowding, and I often had to wait until 3 PM to eat. My experience with senior leadership has been disappointing. Meetings often feel less like professional discussions and more like school assemblies where employees are lectured instead of heard. There is very little support for employees, while managers are given excessive unchecked authority. Workload is constantly overwhelming to the point where there is no mental peace, and work stress starts affecting personal health and life outside office. Corporate politics exist everywhere, but here it feels extremely visible and difficult to avoid. Partiality is noticeable, and employee concerns rarely feel prioritized. The stress, overtime, and pressure significantly affected my health during my time here.
