The people and the overall agency culture at M3 is brilliant, it is like being part of a big family and there is a genuine 'can do' attitude where everyone pulls together particularly on the big pitches and campaigns...we all enjoy the late night pizza from time to time. The work is varied across different sectors...leisure, entertainment, travel, retail, education and automotive etc and they push a lot of boundaries to challenge conventional thinking and come up with dynamic marketing and communications campaigns. Management are always open to new ideas and happy to support learning and self development in key disciplines. Great environment, mostly open plan, free parking and literally right next door to the train station at Albrighton (also home to The Platform Ale House..very handy!)

Covering holidays can sometimes be a nightmare as its so busy so everyone gets really stretched.
