      Pros

      The company culture and teamwork is the best I’ve ever experienced. The small group of designers and engineers are incredibly talented without being egotistical.

      Cons

      Since it’s a consultancy, you aren’t guaranteed a continuous stream of projects, and often the projects that the company needs to take in order to remain a stable employer aren’t the sexiest design projects.
