4yTo the readers: As a three year Top Workplaces Winner, (voted by employees) and with annual voluntary turnover under 10%, I am sure you can all discern that the frustration this employee felt may be causing a slanted review. While we greatly appreciate the positive comments about HR and the friendliness of the team, I will say that we were recently in a huge push with a big project and it did put pressure on some of the team members. However, anyone in development knows that there are times with intensity and times with a more relaxed pace. Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 on the CONS are all false. Please read all the reviews with a grain of salt when a former employee is clearly disgruntled and presenting a one-sided viewpoint.
