Pros
New projects pretty regularly keeps things interesting. Nice mix of large, multi-year projects and smaller projects. Good place if you've been at a large company for a while and want to learn a lot of stuff quickly. If you're a new graduate this might be a good place for a couple years to gain a variety of experience.
Cons
Pay is average, probably a bit below average. Raises track inflation and that is about it.
