      Pros

      The recruiter was quick to reply and answered all of my questions. She was very easy to work with and communicated to me through each step of the interviews and hiring process. I also found it easy to communicate honestly with the recruiter I was working with. She is professional and transparent and that makes it easy to find and retain a great match for a position.

      Cons

      This has been my first and only experience with M4 Work solutions and I have not found there to be a "con" in working with this recruiting agency.

      Pros

      I'm an Electrician and was placed through M4. They were very helpful in placing me in the 'right' job. The guy that works there was very helpful in getting me set up with new hire paperwork. It's nice to be treated like a person and not a number.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      The staff member I spoke to was very diligent and timely in her responses to me and was able to present opportunities that applied directly to my skill set.

      Cons

      Not every opportunity works out for the candidate. This isn't really a knock on M4 but it's the nature of their services.
