      Pros

      Have worked for a couple of the 'bigger' Defense companies and it was 'just fine.' I blended in with the rest of the folks, but that's also the problem with working in those 'bigger' companies...you blend and get lost in the crowd. I've only been with M9 for a couple of months, but can already tell that they treat folks better than just employees... I actually feel part of a greater team (family member even). They make it a point to check on you, and are very responsive to any questions/concerns that might come up.

      Nothing to complain about so far!

      Strong company culture that genuinely supports its people. Leadership is accessible, engaged, and provides real guidance rather than leaving you to figure things out on your own. M9 comes with a solid foundation of established processes, tenured and experienced team members across all levels, strong partnerships, and a recognized industry presence. The resources are there to do your job well and make an impact from day one.

      Great Communication Nice appreciative people Timely Pay Good Benefits Opportunities to participate

      Timekeeping system is not user friendly and you can't submit time same day. Constant frustration.
