The company culture felt quite toxic and unfriendly. In my experience, people were not very welcoming, and even simple things like saying hello in the morning were often missing. Compared with other companies I have worked at, this environment felt less supportive and less focused on employee wellbeing or mental health. Overall, I found the culture difficult and not very positive.
