Pros
off 3 days a week and the job isn't stressful. There are goal that they want you to meet but I personally don't stress about it if I'm off target. If I'm not leasing when trying and using all the techniques I'm taught then I know its not my fault. I love this job but again its only part time so its not my life.
Cons
They are working me the max amount of part time, if they gave me a couple more hrs then I'd be full time and would be able to get benefits. That's a little lame to me, but hey I knew it was part time when I started.
