Pros
Very professionally and capabley run REIT/Management company. I've worked for several other property management companies, and MAA has been the best. Clearly laid out goals, policy driven, vast room for advancement, employee longevity, etc.
Cons
The pay isn't the highest in the business but the work/corporate culture more than makes up for that.
