Pros
Upper Management and Corporate office are easily manipulated by woke social justice terms and slogans. They are quick to fire if you are having difficulty adapting to an ever changing business.
Cons
The Human Resource department is there to protect the company. and not the employees. Regional Managers are slow to hire and quick to fire. They will get rid of you for negative behavior that they foster and cultivate behind closed doors.
