I started working at MAA because I just moved to the area and needed a job fast, the interview process is a bit tedious but once your in you have a 20% discount on your rent, full benefits, the works. If you want to grow in the comapany there are plenty of opportunities.
Cons
The people are great but the pay is a bit on the low side for the work you put forth, with increasing rent and pay only going up a few cents its a bit painful at times
